Online course "Seller Representative Specialist" SRS
Obtain the Seller Representative Specialist, SRS designation recognized by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).
SRS status is the highest recognition for professionals who provide services to property owners. Its purpose is to raise the professional standards of market players.

- Increase listings and grow their business
- Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients
- Understand and apply the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice
- Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers
- Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need.

SRS Designation Requirements:
The course is open to any attendees but only those that are members of GNARE and International Realtor® Members (IRM) of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) may be eligible to apply for the credential and become designees after taking the course. Individuals who do not have these qualifications will not be eligible to earn the SRS designation.
