{"id":15955,"date":"2026-06-10T02:26:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T22:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gnare.ge\/?p=15955"},"modified":"2026-06-10T02:26:01","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T22:26:01","slug":"gnare-round-table-talks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gnare.ge\/en\/gnare-round-table-talks\/","title":{"rendered":"GNARE Round Table Talks"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the initiative of the Association\u2019s Legal Reform Committee (Maka Surguladze, Mariam Chumashvili, and Tazo Mshvildadze), we are launching \u201cGNARE Round Table Talks\u201d, a new platform dedicated to the advancement of the real estate profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of this project, we are beginning a study titled \u201cSystemic Problems in the Local Real Estate Market,\u201d which will involve brokers, developers, and consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The findings of this research will help identify the sector\u2019s key challenges, expectations, and opportunities for future development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in the survey is completely confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Starting tomorrow, the surveys will be shared across relevant platforms.
