WHO WE ARE
ODA is fundamentally built around a team of architects and designers. Our 20 years of experience encompass projects of various scales and types, including large-scale and complex developments. Based on this experience and vision, ODA Courtyard Collection was created in partnership with TUSHI CONCEPT.
The project is supported by the architectural expertise of METRIC and Oda Dezeen, as well as ODA’s experience as a development and construction company.

ODA Courtyard Collection is being developed in Tbilisi, in the Isani district — an area with significant growth potential.
The project combines low-rise residential buildings with 30,000 sq. m. of recreational and landscaped space.
