At the initiative of the Association’s Legal Reform Committee (Maka Surguladze, Mariam Chumashvili, and Tazo Mshvildadze), we are launching “GNARE Round Table Talks”, a new platform dedicated to the advancement of the real estate profession.
As part of this project, we are beginning a study titled “Systemic Problems in the Local Real Estate Market,” which will involve brokers, developers, and consumers.
The findings of this research will help identify the sector’s key challenges, expectations, and opportunities for future development.
Participation in the survey is completely confidential.
Starting tomorrow, the surveys will be shared across relevant platforms. We invite you to join us and become part of the dialogue that will help shape the future of Georgia’s real estate sector.
