On July 21, a presentation of Cityscape Global 2026 was held in Batumi for representatives of the Georgian National Association of Real Estate. During the event, association members and other interested developers were introduced to the opportunities for participating in one of the world's largest real estate exhibitions.
Based on the organizers' many years of experience, individual small company stands within the 120,000 m² exhibition area often receive limited visibility. Therefore, the organizers recommend a more effective approach: presenting the country through a unified national pavilion that brings together various development projects under one space. For this purpose, Georgia has been offered a dedicated 120–150 m² exhibition area (Hall 4), which will showcase the Georgian development sector as a whole.
